All product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products.
If your product is damaged or defective, please refer to the Damaged or Defective Product section below.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
To report an issue, please email pictures of the defective or damaged item to info@innobella.ca within:
24 hours of shipment received for items damaged during delivery.
Please include your Order Number with all claims.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@innobella.ca and send your item to: [Physical Address].
Shipping & Returns
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping costs may vary from the checkout estimate if an item requires special handling or common carrier shipping. We will contact you if an adjustment is needed.
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable; if a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted.
For expensive items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
